Elise Margolis
Collage, paint on paper and wax pastel, organised as eleven series.
Elise Margolis works in cut paper, paint and wax pastel. Her archive is arranged as series — Lean On Me, Joy Us – Circus – Lighten Up, Two At A Time, Stacked, Homage to a Black Square, The Shape I’m In, the Up Series and more — each opening as its own album.
The site is built on White Cube: one artwork leads the home page, followed by a spaced grid of works, then biography, statement and contact. The interface stays out of the way of the collages.
