What we collect

Your name and email address; the sign-in provider you choose (Google, Apple, Microsoft or Instagram), which shares only your basic profile; the content you upload; and payment details, which are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run your account and websites, take payments, send service emails (receipts, security and important changes) and improve the Service. We don’t sell your data or show ads.

Your websites’ visitors

We keep standard server logs for security and to measure traffic against your plan. Each site has its own database; you control what your site collects through its forms.

Where it’s stored

On Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted in transit with SSL. Backups are kept for up to 30 days.

Support access

When you ask us for help, our support staff can view your account and sign in to your website’s editor as you, to see and fix the problem. Each time is recorded. Support staff can’t see your password or payment card, and can’t change your details or payments while viewing your account.

Your choices

You can update your details in My Account, export your content and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@archiveindustry.com.
